This project involved clearance of the site, reduction of levels and excavation of 3metre deep foundations to cater for new extensions at the side and rear of the building. Following the building of the extension, and the introduction of new drainage facilities, a new patio was laid at the rear of the building. Finally a new tarmac driveway, with painted parking bays, was laid and new entrance pathway constructed.
