The St. Marguerite project involved demolition, excavation and new drainage, all made more challenging with narrow access to the rear of the property. Firstly the existing extension was demolished, the site cleared and then levelled. The foundations were then excavated, filled with concrete and the levels reduced to specification. Next the new drainage system was installed, followed by the concrete being pumped for the base at oversite level.
